General goal:

  • Gain more users and bookings through their mobile apps.

The goal for the CPI campaigns:

  • KPI: Maximize the average revenue per user (ARPU).

The goal for the CPA campaigns:

  • KPI: Booking to the Check-In process rate: higher than 20%.

THE SOLUTION

Throughout the campaign, Mapendo worked tirelessly to frequently optimize campaigns based on quality reports.

For the CPI campaign results, Mapendo was able to go above and beyond. In 3 months, they achieved the expected average revenue per user. There were thousands of users per day.

For the CPA campaign results, the Booking to Check-In rates were 31%. This result is 50% higher than the initial target.
